What is the opportunity? 
 We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic communications professional to join our team as a Sr. Manager, Employee Engagement & Change Enablement. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive internal communications strategies, leading training and development initiatives, managing high-visibility internal events, and driving change management efforts to support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will utilize storytelling techniques to drive real adoption and engagement, and will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications, training, and change management initiatives. We are looking for a creative and innovative thinker who is excited about building new capabilities and applying innovative approaches, including utilization of GenAI tools, to drive business outcomes. This role will play a key part in promoting an engineering culture and driving employee engagement and alignment with FIAT's vision and priorities. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to drive people and process changes and eager to make a meaningful impact.
