Position Overview:
The Sr. Manager, Application Development & Transformation is a critical role that leads the development and extensibility efforts of all Enterprise Platforms. As Sr. Manager, you will lead a team of developers and manage the complete software development lifecycle, to minimize risk and exceed stakeholder expectations. You must hold expert technical and system knowledge in the ERP and retail space, and work with the broader Enterprise team to design and implement system solutions in an agile framework. You are also responsible to innovate and continuously modernize the Enterprise technical stack, working with Partners and understanding new technical capabilities as they become available. Additionally, you recruit, coach and mentor a team of experts that are considered true business partners throughout the organization.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a team of Application Developers and own the responsibility for customer extensions and solutions.
Define Application Development vendor strategies and service level agreements.
Full lifecycle development while working closely with Application Engineers to understand requirements, participate in design solutions, and lead the development efforts.
Provide overall development, leadership, and technical guidance to the broader Enterprise team.
Grow team expertise to meet evolving technology and direction; assess team capabilities and look for ways to enhance value delivered from the team.
Debug, investigate, analyze, and replication issues in a timely manner.

Let's Talk About You:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
8+ years experience in IT roles, including 5+ years in solution design/architecture
5+ years working in Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations as a developer
Led technical design function for multiple ERP/MRP projects including at least two of the following areas: Finance (GL, AR, AP), Procurement (Procure to Pay process), Warehouse, Logistics, MRP, PLM, HR, document management, collaboration tools, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse & Data Lakes
Advanced Design and Development experience on Azure using services like Function Apps, Logic Apps, ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, ASB etc.
Experience with Power Apps and Web Apps
Experience with identity management, authentication, and authorization
Integration Architecture, implement messaging layers & message brokers, design and develop REST APIs, web services/microservices.
Experience in tools, technology & framework: REST/SOAP, AzureDevOps, C#, X++, Web/Mobil Development Stacks like JavaScript, React, AngularJS, Ionic etc.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Experience with Workday is considered an asset
