About the role






As a Sr. Infra. Architect you will make an impact by Lead the implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions. You will be a valued member of the Technology team and work collaboratively with threat management and architecture teams.




In this role, you will:



Lead the implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions. Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege models. Integrate Entra ID with on-premises Active Directory and cloud applications. Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access Policies. Conduct IAM audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with threat management and architecture teams to align IAM strategies.

What you need to have to be considered



Extensive experience with Active Directory and Entra ID. Strong knowledge of identity governance access provisioning and SSO. Hands-on experience with SC-500 and SC-300 certified practices. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize IAM configurations. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and IAM best practices. Deep understanding of Conditional Access Policies. Extensive experience on PIM Identity Governance and RBAC. Understanding and experience with SSO protocols like SAML OIDC and SCIM. Experience with Entra ID connect set up and managed identities.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between CAD 95,000 - CAD 151,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.




This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
