Responsibilities:

• Analyze the impact of proposed changes on existing ETL/ELT processes and systems
• Assess compatibility with project goals across all relevant areas, including cost-effectiveness and feasibility
• Design, develop, and maintain Informatica Cloud Data Integration processes (IICS), including Task Flows, Mapping Tasks, and Mass Ingestion, employing the appropriate data load techniques
• Devise effective strategies for incremental and historical data loading, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
• Warrant strict adherence to client standard policies and quality compliance, with a focus on enterprise metadata definitions
• Actively contribute to framework design, solution building, issue clarification, preparation of unit test cases, and comprehensive testing
• Design, develop, and maintain both cloud and on-premises database objects, such as tables, views, stored procedures, and SQL scripts
• Debug and optimize data integration processes
• Conduct in-depth analyses of data warehouse architecture, normalize and de-normalized structures, star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, dimensional surrogate key handling, exception data processing
• Troubleshoot and provide recommendations for enhancements and alternate methodologies
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring alignment of all solutions with pre-defined architectural and requirement specifications
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Data Quality Management principles and practices
• Maintain business rules associated with data integration, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s or technical certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter development
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex data integration processes using Informatica Cloud Data Integration processes (Task Flows/Mapping Tasks/Mass Ingestion) using the appropriate data load technique
• Strong grasp of ETL/ELT concepts and best practices, with the ability to analyze and optimize existing processes
• Solid understanding of Data Quality Management principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
