This is an interview position.
To effectively manage a collection portfolio of approximately 1600 global customers, with annual sales revenue in excess of 70 million dollars. Builds and maintains positive relations with defined worldwide customer accounts while protecting FedEx receivables and minimizing bad debt expense. Provides root cause analysis to determine and resolve issues which inhibit payment, and streamline operational processes, either within the customers organization or within various FedEx departments. Creates a strategic interface between worldwide accounts and FedEx to ensure profitability.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
College Diploma or Equivalent - Business Administration
Finance - 6 months - Professional accounting experience
Accounting - 4 years - Key account collection with a focus on problem analysis and resolution
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Advanced
Ability to organize & prioritize large amounts of data
Some travel required
