What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

  • Lead approaches and techniques in a full-stack observability fabric, working on front-end, back-end, and AI/ML data plane.
  • Research and evaluate new technology approaches to observability, network mechanics, and kernel-driven security techniques.
  • Develop modules in the observability architecture, back-end and front-end for applications in areas such as service assurance, security, and energy/power estimation.
  • Prepare design documentation, test plan approach and sample test cases (e.g., integration, system, reliability, stability and performance) according to product specification and architecture
  • Be responsible for overall application development, testing and deployment by using continuous development methodology & DevOps
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum methodology as part of the development team.
Your skills and experience

You have :
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field (e.g. CS, EE, Math)
  • 6-8 years of experience in the below qualifications
  • Knowledge in Java, Cloud, Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Database, Containerized Applications, Microservices, etc.
  • Knowledge in Agile development process & DevOps practices
  • Demonstrable skill in 2-4 programming languages: e.g. Java, Golang, Rust, C/C++, Javascript, React, Angular, python
  • Experience with source control & loadbuild tools: e.g. git, gerrit, Jenkins
  • Exposure to a CI/CD deployment methodology
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Interest and experience in AI/ML
  • Knowledge in design for security and privacy
  • Experience with data streaming - pub/sub tools: Kafka, NATS, Pulsar.
  • Understanding/exposure to cryptography: symmetric, asymmetric, PKI
  • Linux kernel experience: LKMs, LSM, eBPF
  • Passion, positive attitude, engagement and desire to take make things work with quality
