Position Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, Corporate Finance, this individual will be responsible for the financial analysis and sales reporting for corporate finance. The Senior Financial Analyst role will be required to interact and build strong relationships with the Milwaukee & Consumer Finance teams as well as various departments including, but not limited, to HR and IT.
What You Will DoMonth End Process: Complete and submit balance sheet, working capital, SG&A and legal forecasts. Collaborate with business leaders to understand and analyze BU forecasts.
Monthly analysis & reporting of SG&A. Build rapport with admin business leaders and ensure consistent communication regarding variances as well as risks & opportunities in forecast
KPI reporting for SG&A
Be a liaison between Canadian Corporate Finance and US Corporate Finance
Active role in budget process: Interact with business leaders throughout upload and submission process, work on budget templates, ensure accuracy and reasonability of assumptions
P&L Analysis & Reporting: Analyze main elements of P&L, variance analysis & commentary
Process Improvement Projects: e.g balance sheet forecasting
Ad hoc reporting as required

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
What You Will BringPost-Secondary education in Accounting or related field
3+ years' experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
CPA certification (or near completion)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (advanced functions & formulas)
Familiarity with Adaptive, SAP, Power BI and Oracle is an asset
Minimal travel required
