Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This pivotal role combines expert-level construction estimating with comprehensive project management responsibilities, ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in cost control, negotiation, and contract management, with a proven track record in construction site experience and project leadership. Duties



Develop accurate and competitive project estimates using Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other estimating tools. Prepare detailed bid proposals by analyzing project plans, specifications, and contractual documents. Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Manage all aspects of project execution from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Oversee cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure profitability and adherence to budgets. Coordinate with construction teams on-site to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance. Review and manage contracts, change orders, and scope modifications in collaboration with legal and project teams. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize construction management software to track project milestones, budgets, and documentation.

Experience



Extensive experience in construction estimating with proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and related software tools. Strong background in construction management, including site supervision and project delivery. Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships effectively. Demonstrated expertise in cost control, pricing strategies, and budget management for large-scale projects. Prior experience working on construction sites is highly desirable to understand field conditions and challenges. Familiarity with construction contracts, safety protocols, and project management methodologies is essential. Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
