• The bank is expanding its global digital workspace ecosystem and requires a dedicated Windows 365 Cloud PC Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise scale Cloud PC solutions.
• This role strengthens engineering capability, ensures secure and resilient Cloud PC delivery, and uplifts internal teams through structured mentoring and technical leadership.

Project:

• Windows 365 Cloud PC Engineering, Automation, Image Factory, and Operational Readiness Program

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Engineer and optimize a global Windows 365 Cloud PC platform serving 100,000+ users.
• Implement enterprise grade engineering patterns, automations, and operational models.
• Partner closely with the Cloud PC Architect to shape future state workspace standards.
• Lead hands on engineering initiatives across identity, security, automation, and performance.
• Mentor and uplift client engineering teams through structured knowledge transfer.
• Influence modernization initiatives across Virtual Workspace, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Platforms.
• Contribute to a global digital workspace transformation with high visibility and impact.

Typical Day in Role:

• Implementing scalable and secure Cloud PC engineering solutions in alignment with architectural standards.
• Building automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration, performance tuning, and compliance enforcement.
• Managing Cloud PC image factory processes, including versioning, validation, and release workflows.
• Troubleshooting complex Cloud PC issues and leading root cause analysis with permanent corrective actions.
• Developing engineering documentation, operational runbooks, and reusable patterns.
• Conducting structured mentoring sessions, pair engineering, and technical coaching for client teams.
• Collaborating with architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, and vendor partners.
• Providing expert recommendations to influence future state Cloud PC and Virtual Workspace strategy.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 8+ years demonstrated hands on experience delivering Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions in large enterprise environments.
• 7+ years of expertise in Intune, Entra ID, Windows OS internals, and Cloud PC automation.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering work including provisioning design, performance tuning, diagnostics, and automation (PowerShell, Graph API).
• 7+ years of experience mentoring engineering teams through hands on knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and solution development.

Nice To Have Skills:

• Experience in global enterprise environments (100,000+ users).
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, ITSM platforms, and CMDB governance.
• Spanish language skills for global collaboration.

• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into repeatable standards and patterns.

Education & Certificates:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Required: MS 900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals), MD 102 (Endpoint Administrator).
• Preferred: SC 900, AZ 104, SC 300, AZ 305, AZ 140.

• Best Candidate: A highly skilled Cloud PC engineer with deep hands on experience in Windows 365, Intune, Entra ID, automation, and enterprise scale engineering. They demonstrate strong operational discipline, architectural awareness, and the ability to uplift teams through structured mentoring. They proactively identify improvements, build scalable patterns, and influence future state standards.
