As the PeopleSoft Developer Analyst III is responsible for Serves as senior subject matter expert in the delivery of solution components including activities such as coding and application (package) configuration, preparation of component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results, and perform component and assembly testing. This position will also be expected to mentor junior members. Works with internal/external customers at a consulting level.

Purpose
The primary purpose is to perform coding and application (package) configuration, prepare component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results, and perform component and assembly testing. Works with internal / external customer at a consulting level, with support from more experienced resources.
Education
Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent
Responsibilities
1. Perform complex coding and application (package) configuration including enhancements and break fix. Performs difficult and complex assignments.
2. Organize coding requirements, coordinate and perform component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results.
3. May lead and/or mentor small group of developers in resolving issues, developing, evaluating software code and procedures and providing technical assistance.
4. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work/team work, through the change management methodology and/or SDLC.
5. Identify risks inherent in the project module or application and develop mitigation tactics.
6. Develop detailed design specifications.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)
1. Must have a minimum of 7 years PeopleSoft 9.x HCM (Human Capital Management) experience, combined with 7+ years PeopleSoft HCM development experience Advanced
2. Payroll and PeopleSoft development, Time & Leave & support experience is desired Advanced
3. Design (UML/Object Modeling) and application programming. Intermediate
4. Production System Support, Component/Assembly Testing Skills. Advanced
5. Ability to work independently within a defined scope of responsibility and have a sound understanding of the interfacing applications across the enterprise within portfolio/vertical and how they interrelate. Advanced
6. Research, analytical, problem solving, decision making, priority mgmt skills and risk analysis skills. Advanced
7. Interpersonal, communication, (verbal and written), presentations,solid consulting, and customer communications skills. Advanced
8. Capable of estimating costs on a project. Understands revenue or cost implications of events within a customer project or contract, able to provide cost benefit analysis, including an understanding of the customer vertical. Intermediate
