Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, implementing solutions to improve data quality and accessibility, and driving analytical insights to support decision-making across the organization. You\'ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from optimizing pipelines to enhancing data security, and play a key role in preparing our data infrastructure for future growth.As a Member Of Our Team You Will

• Create and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data from internal and third-party systems.
• Develop and manage ETL processes using dbt, ensuring data is clean, organized, and optimized
• Develop accurate, well-documented, and flexible data models to serve as a single source of truth for the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop internal and external reporting solutions to solve business problems and provide valuable insights primarily with Sigma
• Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all pipelines
• Champion data privacy, quality, and security within the organization.

You\xe2\x80\x99re the Missing Piece of the Puzzle

• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer.
• Bachelor\'s degree with a major in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with analytics data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Proficiency in data pipeline and workflow management tools such as dbt, AWS Glue, Fivetran and Segment.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and familiarity with Sigma and Heap is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
