The Sr. Customer Development Leader, dComm is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth through creating and executing business plans for our Pure Play customers which contributes to the overall MW NSV. The Sr. CDL is responsible for developing and maintaining strong and influential relationships with Pure Play customers and collaborating internally with key stakeholders to deliver insights and solutions which help develop and execute mutually beneficial joint business plans and deliver sustainable growth. It requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
