We are looking for a Senior Cost Management & Sourcing Specialist!

# As Senior Cost Management & Sourcing Specialist at PixMob, you'll be a critical player in our global supply chain strategy, managing a portfolio of diverse suppliers located on different continents with a significant influence on overall spending

You'll be responsible for sourcing the right materials, components, and partners to support our cutting-edge product development and large-scale deployments You'll be the link between

design and delivery

quality, cost, ESG, and innovation goals

. You'll provide essential sourcing support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and custom product development.

About the Team

You'll be a vital player within our dynamic Supply Chain & Procurement team. We are a close-knit, passionate group of 6 professionals at the very heart of bringing PixMob's incredible experiences to life. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing and NPI, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

Negotiation

Lead contract negotiations and supplier agreements with a focus on cost optimization, value engineering, and long-term partnerships. Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to support pricing strategies and cost-reduction initiatives. Own and execute pricing and contract negotiations ensuring price data, BoMs and quotes are accurate and current. Identify opportunities for cost avoidance, improved payment terms, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) reduction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure sourcing decisions align with project goals and timelines. Provide sourcing input throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to mass production.

Supplier Performance & Risk Management

Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) using KPIs and dashboards. Identify and mitigate supply risks, including geopolitical, capacity, and quality risks. Ensure supplier compliance with our ESG standards and ethical sourcing policies.

Sourcing & Supplier Development

Identify, evaluate, and develop a robust global supplier base Ensure suppliers can meet technical, design, production, and delivery requirements. Qualify new suppliers and materials, supporting R&D and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes. Drive supplier development programs to improve performance, quality, cost, and sustainability metrics.

We are looking for the following professional profile:

Bachelor Degree in a related field. Between 5 to 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. preferably in electronics, hardware, or consumer products. Proven track record in international sourcing and supplier management Strong knowledge of: + Cost modeling and cost management
+ Contract negotiation and supplier agreements
+ Supplier development and quality frameworks
+ Sustainable sourcing and ESG standards
Experience supporting product development and NPI processes. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with ERP systems and sourcing tools. Experience with Rootstock, SalesForce or Propel is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence internally and externally. Fluent in English; French is required. Additional languages are an asset
