Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within our organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful projects from planning to completion, focusing on customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and profitability while coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors.

Infrastructure Intelligence Services (I2S) provides pipeline utility inspection, maintenance and rehabilitation services. In addition, we provide spill response services in an effort to protect the environment.

Infrastructure Intelligence Services (I2S), is a company utilizing advanced technologies and collaborative strategies to help municipalities and utility providers make the crucial shift toward modern subsurface utility management.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. Develop project plans that include scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Undertake Site Visits with staff to review new challenging Sites, as needed, and develop strategies to undertake field work in an efficient manner. Working directly with other Project Managers/Coordinators, develop and refine and implement weekly schedules for all field activities Prepare and deliver presentations on project status to various stakeholders Working directly with other Project Managers/Coordinators, develop and refine and implement weekly schedules for all field Be accountable for resolution of any problems which occur throughout the project delivery. Provide leadership and developing project teams and team members. Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues with field crews

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing field-based construction projects. Previous experience with civil infrastructure projects such as water, sewer, or drainage systems for municipalities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and direct crews. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Degree, or Project Management Certificate a strong asset Proficient with Microsoft 365/ Office Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable presenting project updates and status reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
