Our Calgary client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Practitioner for a long-term contract in the agricultural sector. This role will lead organizational change initiatives, driving adoption, engagement, and measurable results across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop change management strategies.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
- Identify and address resistance to change; support leaders through transitions.
- Partner with SMEs to define and deliver training programs.
- Track adoption and readiness metrics to measure success.
- Provide coaching to sponsors and leaders to ensure alignment and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management methodologies and practices.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Skilled in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience tracking and reporting change adoption metrics.
- Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry is an asset.
