Teamwork is at the heart of how we work, and this role is a vital leader within our team.We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated, individual with relevant experience for the permanent position of Sr. Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) based in Alberta or Saskatchewan.Reporting to the Director, Sales/Cell Therapy Account Management, the CTAM will be responsible for driving differentiation of Kite products and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to build the footprint of CAR T delivery centres within the territory. You will also ensure effective execution of referral strategy to support community oncology/hematology centers to refer appropriate patients for CAR T.As a core member of the National CTAM and Cross-Functional Territory team, this role is responsible for achieving commercial objectives through excellence in account plan execution, and industry-leading customer relationship management and support.Travel is required for this role, including air and overnight travel.How you will help to \xe2\x80\x98Create Possible\xe2\x80\x99Accountable for territory customer facing commercial efforts and responsible for achieving all product, market and expense targetsDevelop and maintain clinical expertise in principles of Hematology and Immunology, Non-Hodgkin\xe2\x80\x99s Lymphoma Disease and Treatment, Stem Cell Transplantation, and build a strong understanding of Cell Therapy and patient pathwaysDevelop and initiate strategies that create new business and support the onboarding, qualification, and efficiencies of treatment centers to ensure successful and safe delivery of CAR T-cell therapyIn collaboration with the Cross-Functional territory team, coordinate market data and field insights to inform account plans and tactical executionLead the development and execution of cross functional account plans with clear goals, tactics, accountabilities, and measurement.Refine effective referral strategies that will enable community oncology/hematology centers to refer appropriate patients to CAR T treatment centersEstablish superior working relationships with key opinion leaders and key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery and responsivenessOrganize HCP learning activities or scientific exchange when learning needs are appropriately identifiedProvide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions and facilitating meetings with Therapeutic LeadsRepresent Kite at national and international conferences and exhibitionsFacilitate and provide timely feedback to appropriate management regarding account business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry issues and business opportunitiesEstablish and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with cross-functional peers and teams across the organizationOperate in compliance with all Canadian laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of cell therapy activitiesKnowledge, Experience and Skills5+ years of hematology/oncology experience, or other relevant specialty experience.Proven track record of high performance, embodying a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitudeDemonstrated ability and desire to provide unprecedented customer support across stakeholder groupsDemonstrated initiative and a willingness to work hands-on and with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced, environmentPossess strategic understanding of the hematology/oncology market.Commitment to be a contributing member of a high performing team where individual and team successes alignExperience executing with products/therapies that require complex customer delivery, including logistics managementAbility to successfully work and collaborate with field-based and internal cross-functional partnersStrong business acumen and ability to evaluate and apply data to inform decision makingExperience managing and executing in large accounts, including strategic planning, problem solving and conflict resolutionLaunch experience within hospital or specialty segmentWorking knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirementsExceptional organizational and time management skillsExceptional interpersonal and influencing skillsOutstanding written, verbal and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholdersGilead Core Values:Integrity (doing what\'s right)Teamwork (working together)Excellence (being your best)Accountability (taking personal responsibility)Inclusion (encouraging diversity)We are committed to creating a healthier world for everyone \xe2\x80\x93 no matter the challenges ahead of us.
