About the job

Sr. Business Development Representative assists clients in transforming and evolving their businesses through the utilization of Loop.tv offerings. As a member of the business development team, you will work with Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to propose new solutions and budgets for one of the most exciting players in the digital advertising space. You will be part of a digital advertising team that creates unique customer experiences while making an active impact in the online marketing environment.

Annual Base Salary starting at $56,000 per year, plus on target earnings.

Schedule
  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
  • Hybrid set up with product training on-site.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor\'s Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ad agency or media buying roles.
  • Profound familiarity with the TV, CTV, and DOOH advertising landscape, encompassing industry players, emerging trends, and technologies.
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proven organizational acumen, underscored by a track record of ensuring client contentment.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sales and a proactive approach to cultivating opportunities.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, reliability, and adeptness in handling multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Equally adept at working autonomously and within a collaborative team setting.
  • Strong presentation skills that captivate and engage audiences effectively.
  • Effective communication prowess, follow-through, acute attention to detail, and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to foster and sustain relationships with client contacts at all hierarchical levels.
Responsibilities
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs to close the sale.
  • Explain Loop TV products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating products.
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal with closure.
  • Perform needs assessment with business decision makers to identify eligibility and potential
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings in accordance with the schedule.
  • Participate in meetings alongside the Loop Director, capturing comprehensive notes.
  • Collaborate with both the Loop sales team and TP team.
  • Manage post-meeting actions as per the Loop Director\'s preferences.
  • Engage with the media and marketing team to collect essential follow-up materials and assist in generating required follow-up content.
  • Maintain vigilance over email correspondence and diligently pursue follow-up actions.
