This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge St, Toronto) and/or Client office (downtown) at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

Work within an Agile team, delivering Digital Products
Analyze, discuss and document new functionalities
Assist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog
Collaborate with designers and software developers to create the optimal User Experience
Create and document testing scenarios, use cases and support manuals
Assist the Product Owner with Stakeholder communication and management
Participate in ideation sessions for new Products or Functionalities
Drive discussions with external stakeholders, product solution managers and/or technology partners to understand the process, the problem, and then brainstorm solution scenarios
Actively engage solution architects and technical leads to translate solution needs into actionable user stories and requirements
Manage stakeholders' expectations throughout the requirement gathering phases
Develop and manage the iterative detailed business requirements and manage associated processes for assigned digital health interoperability program, including Use Case Scenarios, System use cases and/or workflow diagrams and Detailed requirements documentation
Define detailed functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases, including gap analysis, impact analysis and cost/benefit analysis
Develop and manage a Business Requirements Traceability Matrix in collaboration with technology team
Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization and identify task dependencies to development teams
Collaborate with and support the Agile Delivery Managers in developing and maintenance of the project schedule, progress reporting and issue escalations
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager
Experience in Digital Product or Services Development (Mobile or Web)
Experience with Banking or Financial products will be considered a plus
Experience in working as part of Agile teams
Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups, including writing detailed business requirements (functional and non-functional)
Capability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with a positive attitude to thrive in a high-production customer focused environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in terms of speaking, explaining and articulating requirements and other information to external stakeholders
UI/Wireframe design experience will be an added advantage
