Sr. Associate, Management Resources - Toronto ON

What you will do:

As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a game-changing team of industry experts that is highly motivated to assist companies in navigating through organizational changes. As a consultant for senior leaders in Toronto and area, your responsibilities will include\xe2\x80\xa6.

Being a strategic business partner for multiple companies, providing talent solutions that will either lead or provide niche expertise on minor to major projects
Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate talent solutions and support where needed
Marketing our services using video call, phone call and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our staffing services while providing an outstanding customer experience
Identifying and discussing future project initiatives with clients, ensuring clients\' expectations are understood so that highly skilled candidates are presented to satisfy the clients\' project needs
Participating in detail oriented industry associations and networking events to increase our presence and reach within the local finance and accounting community
Keeping a pulse on market trends to be able to provide clients additional value in your interactions with them as a strategic business partner

Who you are:

Experienced working in a Big 4 Firm or International Public Accounting/Consulting environment
Have your MBA and/or CPA; other desired detail oriented designations include CIA, CMA and CISA. is desired
You are comfortable defining and discussing project requirements with senior-level executives, as well as communicating expectations and negotiating pricing
You are ambitious and want to help as many companies get access to the right skillsets for projects
