Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Master Data Management, the Sr. Associate Master Data Management Analyst will report into Corporate Finance.
The incumbent will assure the quality, consistency, completeness, and timeliness of the Master Data information by ensuring the creation and maintenance of the data follows established processes. Their responsibility is to process all Master Data requests and activities across all business units. Performing business process analyses, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to help streamline the procedures is expected in this role. This role requires interactions with internal and external stakeholders from various business units.
Specific Responsibilities

  • Perform daily item creation related to Material Master.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the creation, modification and maintenance of Material Master.
  • Ensure accuracy & completeness of Material master input by validating information with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review, analyze, and act on validation and exception reports to maintain control over data integrity.
  • Communicate master data requirements, standards, and updates to business partners.
  • Identify and report supplier non?compliance, discrepancies, or inefficiencies related to item, pricing, and promotional data.
General Responsibilities
  • Maintain up?to?date knowledge of Master Data processes, MDM systems, and evolving business requirements.
  • Participate actively in data?related initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic, fast?changing operational environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Administration, Data Management, or business experience equivalence.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Responsabilites specifiques
  • Effectuer la creation quotidienne des articles lies au materiel maitre.
  • Servir de point de contact principal pour la creation, la modification et la maintenance du materiel maitre.
  • Assurer l'exactitude et l'exhaustivite des donnees du materiel maitre en validant les informations aupres des parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Examiner, analyser et agir sur les rapports de validation et d'exception afin de maintenir le controle et l'integrite des donnees.
  • Communiquer les exigences, normes et mises a jour des donnees maitres aux partenaires d'affaires.
  • Identifier et signaler la non?conformite des fournisseurs, les ecarts ou les inefficiences lies aux articles, aux prix et aux donnees promotionnelles.

  • Maintenir a jour ses connaissances des processus de donnees maitres, des systemes de MDM et des besoins d'affaires emergents.
  • Participer activement aux initiatives liees aux donnees et aux projets d'amelioration continue.

Qualifications minimales
  • Baccalaureat en commerce ou en administration, en gestion des donnees, ou experience equivalente en affaires.
  • Excellentes competences en communication en anglais et en francais (ecrit et parle).
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'experience pertinente, idealement dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou des soins de sante.
Competences cles
  • Excellente attention aux details avec capacite d'interpreter des informations ambigues et de prendre des decisions eclairees.
