Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning & Forecasting, the Corporate Planning team is looking for a creative and analytical finance professional that thrives on working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be part of a high performing team with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements along with strong technical skills in Excel and reporting systems (experience with SAP and BPC is preferred).

What you will do:

  • Lead monthly consolidated outlooks, quarterly forecasts and annual budget processes utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Provide monthly analysis, commentaries, and financial packages for presentation to the ELT and Board
  • Coordinate forecast inputs received from various departments on behalf of all BUs (capital, leases, ARO/ERL, etc.) and communicate updates, analysis and supporting information effectively and timely
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as BU Decision Support and other Finance departments
  • Key resource for SAC users - support users through training, troubleshooting, knowledge sharing and effective communication around updates and improvements to processes and systems
  • Own and maintain the integrating planning calendar
  • Maintain FP&A Governance and Policies including assumptions for budgets, outlooks and forecasts and ensure there is alignment across BU FP&A processes
  • Recommend opportunities to improve efficiencies and automate reporting
  • Keep abreast of current trends and practices in the fertilizer industry as it relates to FP&A
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or related field and a professional accounting designation (preferred)
  • Six (6) or more years of relevant experience, with five (5) or more years of experience in Financial Analysis is preferred
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, SAP, and BPC
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task in a deadline driven, team environment
