The Opportunity: The Customer Supply Chain - Senior Analyst, Training and Governance plays an essential role in bridging the connection between our supply chain operations and our valued customers, with the goal of helping to grow our business while enabling an efficient and sustainable supply chain. This role focuses on ensuring the alignment of our supply chain processes to customer needs, providing comprehensive internal training solutions, and establishing robust governance measures for continuous improvement and compliance.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life: Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead the team in implementing process enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback, supply chain performance data, and training outcomes.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to implement best practices and innovative solutions that support organizational efficiency.
Customer Supply Chain Training:
  • Design and deliver ongoing internal training initiatives related to Customer Supply Chain processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners or educational institutions to leverage and/or develop training content.
  • Monitor training outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.
Fulfillment and Order Management Process Governance:
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks for Customer Supply Chain Fulfillment and Order Management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure processes are compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for core Customer Supply Chain responsibilities.
Customer Supply Chain EDI and Order Management:
  • Cross train on all Customer Supply Chain Order Management and EDI duties to provide coverage from time to time.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring:
  • Post-secondary education in a Supply Chain discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years Supply Chain experience with strong knowledge of Customer Supply Chain processes.
  • Demonstrated competence in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong problem solving, prioritization and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant supply chain software and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel; experience in SAP an asset.
