Job Overview:

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Digital Operations to join our Burger King Canada Team based in Toronto, ON. Burger King is amid an exciting era of digital growth and this position will play a key role by upholding BK Canada\xe2\x80\x99s digital operations strategy. This includes but is not limited to the performance of our delivery operations, technology deployments, and various digital projects. This individual will become a subject matter expert within delivery operations and analytics while working closely with the Manager, Operations Execution, BK Canada to support field team and restaurant operators. A key part of success in this role will involve working with key stakeholders: the Digital Marketing team, corporate franchisee teams, and third-party aggregator partners to align business priorities and identify best practices.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manages digital operations projects and initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Responsible for digital operations performance, improvement initiatives, and digital growth opportunities
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting delivery metrics and identifying opportunities based on the data
  • Responsible for supporting field operations teams
  • Responsible for working directly with vendors and third-party aggregator partners while becoming a subject matter expert within their platforms and business operations
  • Responsible for working with franchisees directly to strengthen delivery operations
  • Responsible for working with marketing team to ensure operational readiness for marketing initiatives and calendar activations, including launch of new digital features
  • Serves as the primary point of contact and internal escalation point for anything related to digital operations
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of operations, digital, and profitability
  • Skilled in negotiating and working with franchisees and vendors (aggregators); skilled in problem solving
  • Skilled in project management, overseeing end to end action plans
  • Ability to clearly communicate and understand information in business English, both orally and in writing; ability to influence suppliers/partners
  • 2-4 years previous experience; specific experience in digital or franchise operations preferred
