Roles and Responsibilities:



Work with our agency partners to create assets that highlight our craveable food and tell impactful brand stories driving sales and brand equity growth For campaigns that mirror the US, collaborate with the US brand team on securing assets and working collaboratively to define and make updates as needed for successful deployment in Canada Manage our influencer agency, strategy, and relationships to build and execute plans to support LTOs and community events for organic amplification Manage, develop and schedule our social media and CRM communication while serving as the key agent for community management on our social channels. Measure, analyze, report, and optimize messages across our suite of social platforms Partner cross functionally to consolidate and franchisee facing info packets for launches. Work with local print partner and POP teams to coordinate merchandise shipments and proper implementation for launches throughout the year Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Required Skills:



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity Exceptional project mangement and creative problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Must be a team player Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
