:Our client, a highly esteemed Non-Profit Organization (NPO), is seeking to hire an experienced Accounting Manager for a contract duration of 6-12 months. This role offers an exciting chance to make a significant contribution towards financial management, within a notable industry player.Key ResponsibilitiesWe invite you to join our team where you will be required to:

  • Supervise the Accounts Payable (AP) Process, ensuring accurate, and timely execution of invoices, expense reports, and payments.
  • Maintain deferred revenue schedules that align with company standards.
  • Participate in month-end closing responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of grant applications, taking up active roles in budget development and financial forecasting.
Requirements:Candidate PreferencesWe believe the ideal candidate should possess:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager within an NPO.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel coupled with hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online.
  • CPA certification.
