Bookkeeping company looking for an Independent Contractor, fully remote, minimum daily hours required, working on PST time zone, between 20-40 hours monthly .

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in NetSuite or similar cloud based ERP systems. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP. Conduct account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Perform audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Floqast, Google suite, Dropbox. Bill.com Provide support for corporate finance activities including account analysis and financial services management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role within a corporate environment, with multiple international entities, multicurrency Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite or similar ) is essential. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account reconciliation and auditing processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $75.00-$95.00 per hour
