Shift: 5 x 2; Mon - Fri, 8 hours per day
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Relocation: This position offers relocation to Canadian Residents.Key Job Responsibilities
  • Be key contact for all matters such as products, parts, availability issues, invoicing, contract negotiation and administration, warranty claims, contract change orders.
  • Maintain a trusting business relationship between the customer and company.
  • Ensure external customer expectations are met (i.e. parts, equipment availability, etc.).
  • Develop contingency plans for addressing critical shortages quickly and cost effectively.
  • Accountability for all the operational processes and deliver performance on budget.
  • Deliver technical assistance needs to appropriate supervisors to accommodate the customer\'s needs.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics and practices to identify opportunities for the customer.
  • Ensure parts are available and delivered on time for the customer.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • 5 years\' experience working directly in sales focused or similar account management role.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business development or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • General Heavy Equipment knowledge, with basic mechanics, hydraulics, and electric knowledge
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers across the organization, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Must be self-motivated with sales driven attitude.
  • 5 + years of parts and/or operations experience with continuously expanding professional experience.
  • Proven and demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills with a strong ability to communicate at multiple levels.
  • Strategic thinker - strong ability to see opportunities and ability to convert into added value proposal for our clients.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Verbally presents messages in a clear, concise manner.
  • SAP and solid MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
