Job Description

Are you an experienced paint sprayer looking for subcontracting opportunities? We have projects available across Vancouver Island and are looking for skilled individuals to join our team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking

subcontractors with proven experience in spray painting

. The ideal candidates have:

Experience with spray painting tools and techniques

, including mixing and applying various types of paint.

Strong attention to detail

and a steady hand for high-quality finishes. The ability to

coordinate effectively with our administration team

on project progress. A solid understanding of

paints, solvents, and safety protocols

.

Key Responsibilities

As a subcontractor, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing surfaces

by sanding, masking, and priming.

Applying paint

using spray guns to achieve a professional finish.

Conducting quality inspections

and performing necessary touch-ups. Maintaining your

tools and equipment

in good working condition. Adhering to all

safety procedures

and using personal protective equipment (PPE).

Project Details

Flexible Work Locations:

We have projects in multiple locations, including

Sidney, Victoria, Langford, Nanaimo, Tofino, Port Renfrew, and more

.

Negotiable Pay:

Compensation will be

negotiated on a per-project basis

, depending on the scope of work.
