Location: North York
Pay Rate: $23-$24 per hour (plus 23% markup)
Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced
Spray Painter
to join our client's team in a manufacturing/woodworking environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial or wood spray painting, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, or cleaning before painting. Mix and apply paint or coatings using spray guns or other application tools. Ensure proper paint consistency, color match, and finish quality. Maintain spray equipment and work area in clean and safe condition. Follow safety protocols and production schedules. Inspect finished products for defects and touch up as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a
Spray Painter
in industrial, automotive, or woodworking environments. Knowledge of spray gun techniques, paint types, and finishing processes. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.Schedule
Full-time, day shift (hours may vary based on production needs).
