Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented

Spray Painter

to join our Paint Booth team. The ideal candidate has experience working with vinyl and aluminum surfaces and takes pride in producing high-quality finishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, mask, and prep vinyl and aluminum window and door frames for painting Apply coatings using spray equipment inside a controlled paint booth Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes according to company standards Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including daily cleaning of the booth and equipment Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times Perform minor touch-ups and rework as required Collaborate with production and QC teams to meet daily production targets

Qualifications:

Experience with spray painting (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting) Familiarity with prepping surfaces, masking, and cleaning procedures Comfortable working with power tools, spray guns, and related equipment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and work ethic Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or in a team setting
Note: Our work location is not currently served by public transportation. Applicants must have their own vehicle or have ride arrangements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
