Smartfoam & Insulation is hiring an

experienced Spray Foam Installer

in

Calgary, Alberta

. This position requires a

minimum of 18 months of full-time spray foam installation experience

. Applicants without hands-on spraying experience will not be considered.

This role is ideal for a professional installer who can work independently, deliver high-quality spray foam applications, and operate safely on active construction sites. All this will be done with brand new, top of the line equipment.

Responsibilities

Install spray foam insulation in residential and light commercial buildings Set up, operate, and maintain spray foam rigs and equipment Apply foam to required thickness and coverage per job specifications Prepare surfaces and job sites prior to spraying Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain clean, professional job sites Communicate effectively with supervisors and builders Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Requirements (Must-Have)

Minimum 18 months of full-time spray foam spraying experience

Valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong understanding of spray foam safety standards Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
Preferred Qualifications

CAN/ULC-S705.2 certification

Experience in residential new construction, renovations, or multi-family projects Familiarity with Alberta building sites and safety requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
