Decathlon arrived in Canada in 2018, with its first store opening in Brossard, Quebec. Today, Decathlon Canada has over 1000 teammates, 11 stores, two distribution centers and an e-commerce platform that services our mission: make the benefits of sports accessible to as many people as possible.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and informing them about our products and services, suggesting related items that add value and meet each customer's needs.
• Responding promptly to customer questions, in-person or over the phone.
• The visual presentation of products and stock replenishment.
• Seizing opportunities to promote the success of your department and entire store, including department sales and market analysis.
• Process deliveries of stock and goods with high efficiency in mind.
• Providing support to teammates in other departments and store events.
• Personal development: taking part in training classes, open to feedback.
• Promoting the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member.
