Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Coaches and Referees for beginner-friendly sports such as soccer, volleyball and basketball. The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating a fun, welcoming and supportive environment while fostering teamwork, skill development, and fair play.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead short practice sessions, teaching basic techniques and strategies of the sport.

- Create an inclusive and enjoyable environment that encourages confidence and participation.

- Officiate games, ensuring rules are followed and resolving disputes as needed.

- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude among participants.

- Communicate effectively with players and maintain a FUN atmosphere.

Requirements:

- Being bilingual in french and english (required)

- Have excellent knowledge about the sport you would coach for

- Have a very patient and positive attitude

- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role

- Being interested in helping us build this new women's sports club into a thriving community in Montreal

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
