Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fundraising/Sponsorship Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate revenue through fundraising initiatives and sponsorships. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with potential sponsors and donors, driving income to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Identify, cultivate, and solicit new sponsorship and fundraising opportunities.

- Manage relationships with existing sponsors and donors to foster long-term partnerships.

- Coordinate and plan fundraising events, ensuring maximum participation and revenue generation.

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential sponsors and partners.

- Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics, reporting on progress and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.

- Organize and prioritize emails and communications, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and prospects.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, budgeting, and reporting purposes.

- Maintain organized calendar entries and schedules to effectively manage time and resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, sponsorship, or sales roles with a proven track record of revenue generation.

- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- A professional demeanor with a strong commitment to representing the brand positively.
