As a Speech Language Pathologist with VCH you will:

• Be responsible for the delivery of speech and language services for preschool-aged clients in the community, including the delivery of intake, consultation, assessment, therapy and education services using standard and advanced procedures.
• Be responsible for the administration and management of the local Speech-Language Pathology Program.

Qualifications: Education & Experience

• Current full registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of British Columbia plus a minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Valid BC Drivers\xe2\x80\x99 License and use of a personal vehicle

Knowledge & Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work well as a member of a team
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities and organize workload
• Ability to organize and conduct workshops and seminars on speech-language development/communication disorders
• Physical ability to perform duties of the position
• Ability to operate related equipment
