We are currently looking for a Specialty Finance Manager with previous Dealership and Finance experience! We are looking for someone with experience in either prime or sub-prime automotive finance who could help customer secure approvals, rebuild credit, and get back on the road while generating strong revenue for the dealership.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Supporting the efforts of the Sales and Finance departments to ensure success

Maintaining and developing excellent customer service skills

Demonstrating knowledge of all products offered

Calling banks and maximizing the offering approved by the financial institution

Collecting stipulations required by the bank for funding

Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership

Administrative duties as required by the department

Skills and Attributes:

Strong leadership and team building skills

Knowledge of prime and sub-prime markets

Demonstrated knowledge of contracts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines

Self-driven, motivated

Must have/obtain valid AMVIC license

Minimum 1 year automotive industry (required)

Minimum 1 year automotive finance (required)

Minimum 3 years sales experience (required)

Pay: $48,166.03-$200,000.00 per year
