THE ROLE

We're looking for a dedicated barista who values craft and hospitality. You'll join a skilled team focused on preparing top-quality beverages and building strong connections with our community. We're seeking someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into leadership or specialized roles as we scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To maintain high standards, we have a set of core requirements for this role:

SCA certification

or

a minimum of 2 years' specialty coffee experience Deep knowledge of specialty versus commercial coffee Expertise in espresso dialing, grinding, milk steaming, and foundational latte art Proficiency with pour-over brewing methods Clear, confident communication to guide customers through our menu Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dial in and pull espresso shots to our established standards Educate customers on brewing techniques, origin stories, and tasting notes Keep workstations and equipment spotless and well-organized Track and replenish inventory levels Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently Address feedback promptly to ensure every guest leaves happy
