NOTE: Candidate must live or be willing to relocate to Edmonton or Saskatchewan.ROLE OVERVIEW:

will have demonstrated and be able to provide examples of their strong business acumen, effective
management of resources and ability to surpass goals and sales targets. The successful candidate will have
shown they can think strategically and manage their time effectively to maximize customer engagement and
deliver high value and solutions personalized to each customer.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve Nucala sales objectives through effective management of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategic and targeted annual business plans based on market insights and brand
strategy focused on achieving and exceeded targets. Continuously check/adjust the plan in response to
changing market dynamics.
  • Identify, build, and strengthen key customer relationships to maintain and further build brand advocacy.
  • Consistently deliver on the value proposition for Nucala by ensuring that brand objectives are met through
effective communication of key messages to Respirologists and Allergists.
  • Effectively utilize multi-channel selling tools (face to face, remote and digital) to implement unique customer
focused initiatives to deliver value and accelerate sales growth.
  • Work collaboratively with medical to advance scientific belief and to implement learning activities.
  • Become an acknowledged expert in the business by fully understanding the healthcare environment
(including customers, products, competitive set, regulatory & reimbursement)
  • Perform all required administrative duties according to policy and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Minimum five (5) years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 1-2 years specialty
biologic experience, preferably respiratory and/or allergy.
  • Ideally demonstrate subject matter expertise in asthma and have key connections within the Respiratory
community.
  • Proven sales track record (e.g, performance vs objective, sales awards etc.)
  • Strong customer engagement skills, focused on delivering value and building strong business relationships.
  • Ability to effectively present ideas to individuals and/or groups through a targeting needs of the audience.
  • Possess excellent business planning skills \xe2\x80\x93 proven track record to proactively identify strategic business opportunities and propose solutions to provide value and drive business growth.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Experience with a Patient Support Program (PSP) preferred.
  • Highly developed written, verbal and presentation skills.
