The Specialized Beauty Educator will be the expert on this brand, and be responsible for building lasting relationships with Sephora stores & vendors to increase productivity & sales.

This position covers the

Vancouver, BC

market. For this role, Beauty Educators will be scheduled at multiple Sephora locations within this market.

Key Responsibilities

Be punctual & reliable Achieve sales goals Educate the retail staff by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.

Skills & Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer Strong relationships in Sephora environment Excellent beauty retail selling & education background Strong communication skills Ability to self-motivate & work independently Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smart phone apps Must have a working smartphone Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market Must be available to work weekends
