What will your typical day look like?

Practice Area Enablement
  • Identify opportunities for new or expanded elective services, working with KS Strategic Relationship Leads, offshore (USI) team members, Curation team members and beyond
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers (e.g. business, practice and initiative leads) to understand their priorities, service needs, and advise on more complex solutions. Engage USI appropriately to ensure alignment to staffing, skills and transition projects once project scope is clear and Service Orders are confirmed. This includes proactive and reactive (e.g., year-end renewals, discussions of increasing/decreasing support, liaise between customers and KS Strategic Relationship Leads related to new requests, etc.)
  • Help develop and manage a cohesive end-to-end intranet management service that aims to streamline and maximize the value of site development and management, including setting standards for integration with other internal platforms, defining and implementing quality standards and governance across sites and content under management, etc.
  • Drive cross-team projects around metrics, technology, site design improvements to track with new capabilities and demands from customers
  • Represent Specialized stakeholders and communities in broader CoRe KS initiatives or discussions, ensuring the SMS customer knowledge management needs are well-represented
  • Support the establishment and evolution of a cost-recovery/flexible billing model
  • Provide hands-on emergency backup SharePoint support across sites under management
People & Relationship Management
  • Coach and/or be accountable for the work of KS team members and members located in Global Delivery Centers, at times through the local team leads
  • Work with multiple support teams and product teams in combined effort to deliver solutions
  • Share expertise with other Knowledge Services Leads
  • Build internal and external network for effective working relationships with teams across Deloitte
Knowledge Platform Optimization
  • Provide guidance to practitioners based upon in-depth expertise of knowledge platforms/tools capabilities and functionality
  • Assist team members and customers in optimizing the use of knowledge management processes, tools and infrastructure (e.g. KX Dash, DPN)
  • Facilitate cross-program linkages within knowledge ecosystem so practitioners can easily tap into related content and resources
Adoption Measurement & Improvement
  • Deliver impactful communications that support new customer acquisition, awareness of capabilities and value provided, onboarding and overall satisfaction, including capture of knowledge success stories and testimonials to be featured in appropriate communications
  • Lead the development of new approaches for Specialized customers that support systematic analysis of audience adoption, usage and contribution levels and support insights and recommendations to increase participation (or otherwise meet program goals of SMS provided support)
  • Champion and implement awareness initiatives that support increased KX awareness, contribution and usage levels

Expertise & Network Connectivity
  • Ensure Deloitte practitioner expertise that emerges from projects is identified within global knowledge tools, such as through badging in Deloitte People Network (DPN) and inclusion within relevant curated knowledge collections
  • Drive people profile completion for Member Firm, program, and initiative leaders and associated specialists
  • Promote use of DPN as a tool to find program specialists to support program needs.
Intellectual Property Management
  • Recommend content collection approaches, frameworks and tools (i.e. KX Dash) to facilitate the collection and development of meaningful insights that can be curated and shared with practitioners
  • Recommend content management best practices
  • Engage in ongoing dialogue with \xe2\x80\x9cconsumers\xe2\x80\x9d of content, to continually improve relevance, usability, and impact

You are someone with:
  • Bachelor\'s degree required; relevant fields of study may include Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Communications.
  • Candidate must have at least 6 years of relevant experience. Experience in a global professional services organization preferred.
  • Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools, SharePoint.
  • Experienced, independent thinker with proven project management experience; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and stakeholders and deliver results
  • Highly responsive with demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
  • Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, build trust and confidence, and manage customer expectations
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change; experience managing change, acting as a change agent to influence others
  • Experience managing knowledge portals/platforms/intranets and working knowledge of MS Sharepoint
