We are currently seeking an IT Consultant for a Contract role with one of our clients in Toronto, ON.

Duration: 9 Months Contract

Requirement:

\xef\xbb\xbfExperience in coordinating, monitoring, management, implementation and support of desktops, network environments, telephone systems and Radio technology
Experience working in a 911 or dispatch environment (Ambulance, Fire, Police)
Experience with business operational disciplines and processes
Experience working in public safety delivering technology support.
24 X 7 on-site and remote support of all Emergency 911 ambulance dispatching centers and equipment
Technical expertise and coordination of administration, monitoring, management, implementation and support of:
Information and Information technology environments
Ambulance Communication Centre (Client) integrated 911 solutions such as CAD, radio, phone, GIS and paging, within one or more assigned Client\xe2\x80\x99s
Paramedic and Ambulance Communication Officer technical subject matter expertise in multiple technology related projects, including but not limited to, Radio, Telecom, Satellite Systems, and Digital Voice Recording and Retrieval.
