Experience and Skill Set Requirements

• You have knowledge of infrastructure systems/platform architecture, design, deployment, and integration principles and technology to oversee the design and development of complex highly integrated systems platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Acts as the technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable

\xc2\xb7 Anticipates and resolves problems to ensure that the deliverables are completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding expectations

\xc2\xb7 Prepares reports and presentations including options, recommendations, implementation plans, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Works with clients to define the scope of a project and to determine requirements

\xc2\xb7 Defines software, hardware and network requirements

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager/IT Technical Lead

\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience facilitation of client meetings/workshops, interpretation of business needs to technical requirements

\xc2\xb7 Experience creating and documenting project plans and status reports

\xc2\xb7 Experience managing privacy and security deliverables

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Agile development concepts and methodologies

\xc2\xb7 Experience leading technical teams

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical and business aptitude

\xc2\xb7 Persistent attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear & concise)

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Advanced skills in Office365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio, and Planview

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within extremely tight deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Previous government experience is an asset

\xc2\xb7 Experience with requirements development involving requirements elicitation, analysis, specification and validation

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills to work seamlessly in an agile cross-functional team, with clients, vendor(s) and other stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent facilitation, presentation, time-management and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Able to build strong and trusting relationships, liaising effectively stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Able to resolve issues in a timely manner, provide options and recommendations.

\xc2\xb7 Strong research skills to perform industry research, provide options and make recommendations for solution improvements.
