PLEA Community Services is currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Specialized Home Manager for our North Burnaby Specialized Resource. The proposed start date for this position is as soon as possible and it will end upon return of the incumbent.
The Specialized Home Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a specified program, ensuring all deliverables are met in accordance with internal and external requirements. This includes the selection, training and supervision of employees, and the effective management of available resources, within the scope of the work/strategic plans, budgets and policies in place for the program.
Under the direction of the Program Director, this role will work collaboratively with other members of the Managers\' team.
Position Type: Temporary Full-Time
Location: Burnaby, BC
Hours of Work: The usual hours of work in this position are based on a 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) during agency\'s usual hours of operation. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Minimum Requirements: A Diploma a related field, and at least three (3) or more years of related, progressively more responsible front-line experience.
