Total Horizontal is a full-service Shallow Utility Contractor that specializes in providing safe, efficient, and reliable services to our clients around Western Canada. We are currently hiring for Specialized Labourers experienced in FTTX construction for a project in Sherwood Park.

Our team has completed over 100 km's shallow utility work across Western Canada. With over 40 combined years of HDD experience; our Management team has successfully managed the completion of over 140 major HDD's across Canada.

Increased wages dependent on experience and aptitude. Additional training provided with tenure.

Training

Valid Class 5 Drivers License - No GDL's Smart Phone and data for HSE & QA Systems WHMIS 2015 CSTS 2020
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for installing vaults, and completing all QA associated with the task Reading / Following / Contributing to SOPs Contributing to the completion of FLHA's Participating in HSE program Ensuring 100% performance with QA and KPI metrics Working with/mentoring lesser experienced team members Installing Vaults, Flower Pots, MST, Main Fiber Backfill and compaction, and site remediation Raking, shovelling, carrying Driving trucks and trailers Operating concrete saws, core drills, jumping jacks, trenchers Spotting equipment Working with drill crews to prep work Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Read / write / speak English fluently Additional duties as job required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
