Tasks Operate cleaning machines Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces Vacuum floors Shampoo upholstery Provide customer service Experience and specialization Equipment and machinery experience Carpet cleaning machine Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers Power tools Pressure cleaners Pressure washers Steam cleaners Cleaning experience Carpets/rugs Industrial equipment Ventilation system/ducts Siding and eavestroughs Upholstery Automobiles and trucks Window

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance purposes. Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail in all cleaning activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Experience

Must have one or more years experience in a specialized cleaner role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
