Position Overview:

As a Specialized Truck Driver at STATUS Logistics Group Inc., you will be responsible for transporting high-value vehicles in our modern enclosed trailers. This position requires flexibility, as you will handle a mix of long-haul and local runs to meet client demands. Delivering excellence and ensuring vehicle safety are key priorities in this role.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate trucks and enclosed trailers for both long-haul and local routes. Transport luxury and high-value vehicles with precision and care. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers, ensuring all fluids are topped up, and any damages are reported immediately. Maintain trucks and trailers in immaculate condition, including cleaning and organizing regularly. Secure vehicles properly using provided equipment, ensuring their safety during transit. Communicate professionally with clients, providing a seamless delivery experience. Adhere to all Canadian Highway Traffic Act regulations and company safety protocols. Promptly report any roadside inspections or interactions with law enforcement.

Requirements:

Valid

G License

(with clean abstract) or

AZ/AR License

preferred. Willingness to perform both long-haul and local deliveries as needed. Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience. Previous experience with enclosed automotive transportation is an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to presenting a professional image. Ability to lift and handle vehicle loading equipment as required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to comply with company policies, including mandatory vehicle inspections, reporting requirements, and distracted driving rules.
