• Assurer la liaison en atelier entre les ing\xc3\xa9nieurs concepteurs et les op\xc3\xa9rateurs de production afin de garantir que les produits sont construits conform\xc3\xa9ment aux sp\xc3\xa9cifications et aux documents d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie.
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer, planifier, ex\xc3\xa9cuter et diriger des ateliers d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration des processus de fabrication
• Concevoir (CATIA V5) et fabriquer l\'outillage qui sera utilis\xc3\xa9 dans les processus de production
• R\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes deproductionet mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des solutions durables.
• \xc3\x89tablir ou r\xc3\xa9viser la configuration des lignes de fabrication afin d\'optimiser/am\xc3\xa9liorer la production en termes de temps et de co\xc3\xbbts.

Qualifications:

• Scolarit\xc3\xa9 : Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en ing\xc3\xa9nierie (pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence Pour Meca/Industriel ou A\xc3\xa9ro) ou Dipl\xc3\xb4me technique de 3 ans.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience : 0-2 ans dans la fabrication, l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie de la fabrication ou l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie industrielle.
• Comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques : Microsoft Office, CATIA V5, AutoCAD, SketchUp.

Autres comp\xc3\xa9tences :

• Connaissance de : M\xc3\xa9thodologies Lean, processus de fabrication, sp\xc3\xa9cifications industrielles, dessins techniques.
• Souci du d\xc3\xa9tail, r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et analyse des causes profondes.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 utiliser des outils manuels et \xc3\xa0 fournir un soutien \xc3\xa0 la fabrication, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant.
• Atouts : Excel VBA (Virtual Basic for Applications), Manufacturing 4.0, PowerBI, robotique, thermoformage, exp\xc3\xa9rience avec les panneaux composites.

Where you can participate in challenging team projects while improving your own skill set? If so, tThe Manufacturing Specialist / Manufacturing Engineer role is for you! You would supports the Engineering and Production Department with respect to the manufacturing production of aircraft interiors products by solving resolving manufacturing issues, and reducing the time to manufacture products with the implementingation of time saving measures and developing state-of-the-art processes. Summary of duties:

• Act as a shop liaison between design engineers and production operators to ensure products are built to specification and engineering documents.
• Prepare, plan, execute and lead manufacturing improvement workshops.
• Design (CATIA V5) and manufacture tooling to be used in production processes.
• Solve manufacturing issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Establish or revise manufacturing line set ups to optimize/improve production with respect to time and cost.

Qualifications:

• Education: BS Eng/Science (Mech/Industrial/Aero Preferred), or 3 year Technical Diploma.
• Experience: 0-2 years+ in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering
• Computer Skills: Proficient with Windows Operating System\xc2\xae, Microsoft Office, CATIA V5, AutoCAD, SketchUp

Other Skills:

• Knowledge of: Lean Methodologies, Manufacturing Processes, Industry Specifications, Engineering Drawings.
• Attention to Detail, Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis
• Ability to use hand tools and provide manufacturing support as required.
• Assets: Excel VBA (Virtual Basic for Applications), Manufacturing 4.0, PowerBI, Robotics, Thermoforming experience with Composite Panels.
• Languages: Ability to communicate in French and English.
