Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:
  • Effectue tous les aspects de la gestion compl\xc3\xa8te des comptes, y compris le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et le maintien de relations \xc3\xa0 plusieurs niveaux avec des centres de troubles du mouvement cibl\xc3\xa9s dans le but d\'accro\xc3\xaetre l\'\xc3\xa9ducation sur les avantages/risques du produit conform\xc3\xa9ment \xc3\xa0 monographie de produit approuv\xc3\xa9e, de d\xc3\xa9velopper de nouvelles activit\xc3\xa9s et de maximiser l\'utilisation des ressources.
  • Fournir des performances de vente, des Indicateurs de Performance Cl\xc3\xa9s (KPI) de la marque, des objectifs financiers, des objectifs marketing pour atteindre ou d\xc3\xa9passer les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Ex\xc3\xa9cuter un plan d\'appels qui atteint les mesures d\xc3\xa9finies et optimise la couverture des clients cl\xc3\xa9s, afin de maximiser les opportunit\xc3\xa9s commerciales.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer efficacement les objections, les malentendus et les pr\xc3\xa9occupations, tout en utilisant un point de vue logique et rationnel afin d\'atteindre l\'objectif de vente \xc3\xa0 chaque appel.
  • Soutenir de mani\xc3\xa8re proactive et continue les besoins, les attentes et les d\xc3\xa9fis des principales parties prenantes, afin d\'\xc3\xa9tablir des relations de confiance sur une base continue.
  • Am\xc3\xa9liorer en permanence la compr\xc3\xa9hension des besoins et des attentes des clients, du territoire, des concurrents, des segments/dynamiques de march\xc3\xa9, des comptes, des maladies, des produits et de l\'expertise clinique. Partagez ces informations d\'intelligence de march\xc3\xa9 avec le chef de district et les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe respective, afin d\'atteindre l\'alignement, d\'anticiper les changements environnementaux et d\'optimiser la strat\xc3\xa9gie de marque et son ex\xc3\xa9cution.

Our Field Specialist develop robust business plans to execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, deliver sales performance and effectively build strong customer relationships and support customer needs to maximize short- and long-term sales performance, while placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVie\xe2\x80\x99s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations. This role is based in Montreal and covers the south-east province of Quebec.


Key responsibilities:
  • Performs all aspects of total account management, including developing and maintaining multi-level relationships with targeted Movement Disorder Centers with the intent to increase education on product benefits/risks consistent with approved label, develop new business, and maximize resource utilization.
  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Execute a call plan that achieves set metrics and optimizes coverage of key customers, to maximize business opportunities.
  • Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, and concerns, while using logical and rational point of view in order meet sales objective on every call.
  • Proactively and continuously support key stakeholders\' needs, expectations, and challenges, to build trusted relationships on a continual basis.
  • Continuously build understanding of customer needs and expectations, territory landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical expertise. Share this market intelligence information with district manager and respective team members, in order to achieve alignment, to anticipate environmental change and to optimize brand strategy and its execution.
  • Differentiate AbbVie\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition with healthcare providers and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates in order to maximize brand performance.

Qualifications - External
Education/Experience Requise:
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en commerce, sciences ou \xc3\xa9quivalent.
  • Des connaissances en neurosciences sont un atout certain.

Education/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce, Science or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Neuroscience is a definite asset.
  • Health care professional and/or medical device experience is an asset
  • Minimum of two years in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care or marketing experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales and solid presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to proactively identifies customer style / behavior and to adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach.
  • Recognized expert with in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product and competitive knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
