En tant que membre de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe des op\xc3\xa9rations, le sp\xc3\xa9cialiste des comptes de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le sera principalement responsable de fournir un soutien \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le pour tous les comptes nord-am\xc3\xa9ricains ainsi que de coordonner entre les d\xc3\xa9partements affili\xc3\xa9s pour s\'assurer que le respect des d\xc3\xa9lais de livraison conform\xc3\xa9ment aux ententes de contrat respectifs.

Votre r\xc3\xb4le

  • Responsable de toutes les demandes de support de gestion de commandes envoy\xc3\xa9s par l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de support technique d\xe2\x80\x99Am\xc3\xa9rique du Nord, en utilisant des outils syst\xc3\xa8me (Salesforce, SAP et Epicor) ;
  • Surveiller la file d\'attente du service client et r\xc3\xa9pondre en fonction des priorit\xc3\xa9s ;
  • Valider les d\xc3\xa9tails des requ\xc3\xaates et lib\xc3\xa9rer les commandes vers l\'entrep\xc3\xb4t logistique ;
  • G\xc3\xa9rer le backlog et les suivis quotidiens avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de planification de support concernant les p\xc3\xa9nuries et les dates de livraison ;
  • Communiquer tout retard possible d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9dition aux clients et aux \xc3\xa9quipes de support ;
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er et planifier les contrats d\xe2\x80\x99entente de service ;
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les ajustements et transferts d\xe2\x80\x99inventaire.
Votre personnalit\xc3\xa9 et vos comp\xc3\xa9tences
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me coll\xc3\xa9gial en administration des affaires ou \xc3\xa9quivalent, consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 comme un atout ;
  • Minimum de deux (2) ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de commandes et en service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le ;
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) ;
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication en anglais (le fran\xc3\xa7ais et l\'espagnol sont consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s comme un atout) ;
  • Connaissance des logiciels d\'entreprise, tels que les syst\xc3\xa8mes ERP (SAP, Epicor) et Salesforce (SFDC), consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout ;
  • Connaissance des proc\xc3\xa9dures d\'exp\xc3\xa9dition internationales, consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout ;

The Opportunity

As part of the Operations team, the Customer Service Account Specialist will primarily be responsible for providing customer support for all North American accounts as well as coordinating between affiliate departments to ensure delivery dates are met according to the respective contract agreements.

Your Role
  • Responsible for all assigned order management support cases sent by the North American technical support team, using system tools (Salesforce, SAP and Epicor);
  • Monitor customer service queue and respond based on priorities.
  • Validate case details and release orders to the logistic warehouse;
  • Manage backlog and daily follow-ups with the support planning team regarding shortages and delivery dates.
  • Communicate any possible shipping delays to the customers and support teams;
  • Create and scheduled service agreement contracts;
  • Manage inventory adjustments and transfers.
Who you are
  • College diploma in business administration or equivalent, considered an asset;
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in order management and customer service;
  • Proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams);
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French and Spanish are considered an asset);
  • Knowledge of business software, such as ERP systems (SAP, Epicor) and Salesforce (SFDC), considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of international shipping procedures, considered an asset;
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details;
  • Capacity to work under pressure and deal with last minute changes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, dealing with several internal departments;
  • Positive attitude, team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
