Dans le cadre de cette acquisition, Saint-Gobain vous offre une opportunit\xc3\xa9 de carri\xc3\xa8re passionnante \xc3\xa0 titre de Sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de chaine d\'approvisionement sur site pour notre division Kaycan.

Vos responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

Responsable de la gestion quotidienne de plusieurs comptes clients, tant externes qu\'internes, dans une optique de cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement. Cela comprend la saisie et la gestion des commandes, la communication avec les clients concernant l\'\xc3\xa9tat des commandes, la disponibilit\xc3\xa9 des produits, les dates d\'exp\xc3\xa9dition, etc. Le sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement travaillera en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement de notre bureau chef \xc3\xa0 Pointe-Claire, faisant le lien entre les clients et les op\xc3\xa9rations de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement.

• Gestion des comptes clients. Saisie, gestion et communication des commandes pour plusieurs clients dans plusieurs usines d\'approvisionnement.
• Validation quotidienne des factures destin\xc3\xa9es aux clients externes
• Gestion et traitement des commandes \xc3\xa0 l\'exportation
• Contr\xc3\xb4le et suivi des rapports de commandes en cours pour les succursales de Kaycan.
• Enqu\xc3\xaater et r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le
• Maintenir les donn\xc3\xa9es des clients et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les modifications apport\xc3\xa9es aux comptes existants dans la base de donn\xc3\xa9es de l\'entreprise.
• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes des clients concernant l\'\xc3\xa9tat des commandes, les paiements, les remboursements, etc.
• Transmettre les pistes de clients au personnel de vente appropri\xc3\xa9
• Soutenir les autres membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de Pointe-Claire selon les besoins.

Qu\'apportez-vous ?

Formation/Exp\xc3\xa9rience :

• 3 \xc3\xa0 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un poste similaire avec des clients en personne
• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement, en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Parfaitement bilingue - fran\xc3\xa7ais/anglais
• Comp\xc3\xa9tences exceptionnelles en communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite
• Connaissance de l\'informatique : Une exp\xc3\xa9rience avec MS Office est indispensable
• Excellent sens de l\'organisation
• Excellent esprit d\'\xc3\xa9quipe, excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 cr\xc3\xa9er et \xc3\xa0 entretenir des relations de confiance avec les autres membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.

What\'s the job?

Responsible for daily management of multiple customer accounts, both external and internal, with a supply chain focus. Includes sales order entry and maintenance, communication with customers regarding order status, product availability, ship dates, etc. The Supply Chain Specialist will work closely with the Supply Chain team at our Head Office located in Pointe-Claire, acting as the link between customers and supply chain operations.

• Customer account management. Order entry, maintenance, and communication for multiple customers across multiple supplying plants.
• Daily validation of invoices to external customers
• Export order management and processing
• Monitor and follow up on open order report for Kaycan branches
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
• Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
• Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc.
• Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel
• Backup other team members in Pointe Claire as needed

What do you bring?

Education/Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role dealing with customer in-person
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field desired
• Fully bilingual - French / English
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate : Experience with MS Office is a must
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
